The popularity of “Heroes” star Adrian Pasdar did not save him from facing DUI charges after authorities arrested him last Jan. 27 because he was allegedly speeding and swerving over two traffic lanes along the 405 Freeway.

According to reports, the 44-year-old celebrity who portrays Nathan Petrelli in the hit TV show was charged with one count of driving under the influence. He will be arraigned later within the week.

Pasdar’s manager refused to comment regarding the charges.

The actor may have been confused and thought the he can fly over the roads using his vehicle.

Hopefully, this controversy will make him think twice before he sits behind the wheel while he is intoxicated.
