Another NBA Player is on the hot seat after being booked by cops for DUI and driving with a suspended license.

According to Miami-Dade County correction officials, Dorrell Wright of the Miami heat was stopped at around 3:30 am.

Reports say that cops noticed that Wright had red watery eyes, odor of an alcoholic beverage on his breath, and slurred speech.

Wright could not produce his insurance information either.

He was charged with suspicion of DUI and his bond was set at $1,000.

It is still unsure why his license was suspended (previous DUI?? not really sure).

Earlier in the evening, Wright has just played in the Heat’s win against the Los Angeles Clippers.

The Heat organization said they are aware of the situation but declined to comment until they get more information.

Wright will probably be suspended for a game or two like Sacramento King’s Andres Nocioni and Minnesota Timberwolves’ Al Jefferson.
