While Heroes’ Adrian Pasdar has just been charged with one count of DUI, another star had just pleaded no contest to drunken driving.
Sacramento Kings forward Andres Nocioni has entered the misdemeanor plea yesterday in Sacramento Court through his lawyer William Portanova.

Sacramento Kings Andres Nocioni
Nocioni will be serving 2 days of community service in a work program operated by the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department.
The Argentine born player must also pay a fine of $480, attend a three-month alcohol education program and serve three years probation.
Nocioni was arrested last November 5 after a police officer noticed his car weaving in downtown Sacramento.
The arrest was made hours after the Kings lost a home game to the Atlanta Hawks.
He might have gotten 1-day community service if they won the game, LOL.
But seriously, I hope he learned his lesson from this and become a better role model that is becoming of his status.
