Pitbull Attack Leaves 4-Year-Old Girl with Serious Injuries

Having a pet dog has its advantages because they can be fun and they provide us with good security.

However, things can get complicated when it suddenly attacks you or a loved one.

A 4-year-old-girl may now be forever terrified of approaching animals again after she was attacked and bitten by a Pitbull that is owned by her uncle.

According to reports, the incident took place inside an apartment located along 1600 block of East Kingsley Avenue.

Police said the dog may have been disturbed by the girl while it was sleeping, causing it to bite her face.

After the incident, the girl was rushed to Loma Linda University Medical Center to undergo reconstructive surgery.

She sustained non-life threatening injuries in the attack.

The 3-year-old male Pitbull was held in custody following the attack.

Inquiries revealed that it is unlicensed and has no latest rabies vaccinations.
