Athletes are the first one who should avoid drinking because alcohol can cause their body to become weaker and prone to different kinds of diseases.
Former NFL running back Corey Dillon has been charged with two misdemeanor counts of DUI after he was arrested last April.
According to reports, a driving while having a blood-alcohol level of .08% or more and a driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs charge were filed against the former Cincinnati Bengals running back.
Dillon was arrested by Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department deputies last April 21. He was reportedly traveling north of Mulholland Drive when he was pulled over.
Authorities were just going to check Dillon’s car registration but they noticed that the former player is intoxicated. Dillon then admitted that he drunk alcoholic beverages on that night.
Hopefully, other athletes will not follow Dillon’s bad example because it will only get them in trouble and it might ruin their reputation.
