When I first saw this news item, it was on the top 5 headlines of CBS8.com but when I checked back, it was so difficult to find again.

Graco and Cybex Strollers Recalled for Causing Finger Amputation and Fracture

We all know about the largest product recall made by Graco Children’s Products Inc. that affected about 1.5 million strollers and Travel Systems.
The safety defect was that the hinges of the stroller’s canopy can result to lacerations and even amputations of the child’s fingers if it’s caught in the mechanism.
