Driver Saves Woman Trapped Inside Car
It is good to know that there are still people who are willing to save others from harm.
A female driver who was trapped inside a rental car after being involved in a rollover accident in Tulare was saved by a truck driver, who then drove off even before authorities arrived at the scene.
According to reports, the female driver identified as Laurie Wood, 37, from Clovis, was traveling south on Highway 99 at Avenue 200 when she saw a large object along her path. She swerved to the left in order to avoid hitting it but ended up losing control of her vehicle.
Authorities said the woman was trapped inside the vehicle after it rolled over. She was freed by a truck driver before the vehicle burst into flames.
The woman fortunately escaped from injuries, thanks to the truck driver.
