  1. Pick up trucks have high center of gravity that make it prone to rollover crashes. The family member of the injured can file a Product liability claim against the manufacturer and prove that the inherent dangerous design of the vehicle caused the accident. This legal move can help the injured person receive compensation for medical expenses and losses.
