Drivers are required to be cautious while on the road and they should also do everything that they can to have full control of their vehicle.
Remember, failure to do so may lead to an accident and to your own death.
A big rig driver who lost control of his vehicle died after being involved in a rollover accident along Interstate 40 in San Bernardino County, stated California Highway Patrol (CHP) investigators.
According to reports, a 2001 Volvo tractor being driven by Michael Goodman, 55, from Virgin Islands, veered off the left side of the westbound lanes. He then attempted to move back onto the freeway, but lost control of the tractor.
The vehicle then rolled over onto the center median, causing Goodman to sustain fatal injuries.
Authorities said his 46-year-old passenger identified as Orlando Perez, from Pennsylvania, was hospitalized to be treated for back pain.
