Operators of common carriers should be more careful while on the roads because they will be held liable if an innocent person gets hurt after they have performed a negligent driving action.

A Rio Vista Elementary School student was rushed to the hospital after the school bus he was riding in collided with a Toyota Tundra in Anaheim.

Reports stated that the bus, which was carrying over 80 children, was moving along the intersection of Lawrence Avenue and Mira Loma Way when the accident occurred.

A student who was having chest pains received immediate treatment from Anaheim paramedics and was brought to St. Joseph Hospital.

Meanwhile, the rest of the students waited for around one hour before they were able to transfer to another bus.
